Any of our clubs who are looking to establish or increase their female teams at their club are invited by the Wiltshire FA to participate in an upcoming Equal Game Workshop, in partnership with England Football and supported by Barclays. These free face-to-face workshops cover five areas of the game, including Club Identity and Governance, Marketing, Workforce, Finance, and Facilities.
The Wiltshire FA know that many clubs are interested in developing their female pathways or may require support in establishing their programs. This workshop offers valuable insights and resources to help clubs achieve their goals in promoting women and girls football.
