 Kintbury Rangers U18 Win Big
Against Title Rivals

Just one game was played in the Under 18 Division of the Corsham Print Wiltshire Senior League, but it was an important game in terms of the League title as it involved the two favourites to lift the title, Kintbury Rangers and Bristol Manor Farm. When the two sides had met in the League Cup semi-final the week before extra time had been needed to separate the two sides in a close affair. In contrast the first league encounter between the two sides proved to be a one-sided affair with Kintbury putting six unanswered goals past their opponents from Bristol in front of a large crowd of 121. James Tomlinson scored twice for Kintbury and there were further goals from Charlie Adams, Kyran Barrett, Ben Luckett and Cameron Squires. The win for Kintbury saw them move six points clear of their beaten opponents and to within four points of leaders Royal Wootton Bassett Town with six games in hand over the leaders who have completed their league fixtures. Both Kintbury and Bristol Manor Farm were scheduled to play again on Thursday but their respective away games at Melksham Town and Radstock Town were both postponed due to waterlogged pitches.
